ORDER ONE THING YOU DON’T KNOW
The JẸUN guide to escaping your own good taste.

Start with one thing you recognise.
Jollof. Chicken. Something that lets hunger feel safe.
Then order one thing you cannot already explain.
Maybe a soup that needs swallow and two hands. Maybe Àkàrà because a black-eyed pea deserves a more interesting life than the one you had planned for it. Maybe the protein you nearly ignored because the rice was speaking too loudly.
Build for contrast: smoke beside brightness, heat beside something soft, sauce beside a starch willing to carry it. Do not make every choice compete for the same mouthful.
The current minimum is 700 CVE of food, plus 200 CVE delivery. No service fee. That is enough structure. Dinner should not feel like accounting.
When it arrives, open the hot food. Rescue anything crisp from the steam. Plate it beautifully or eat directly from the pack with complete honesty.
One familiar. One unknown. One opinion you did not have before dinner.
